    anatol - it is not an offence to be professionally employed as a trader and also to post on hot copper.

    What is a breach of the HC regs - and may also be a breach of law i am not sure - is to HOLD YOURSELF OUT as being AFSL licenced in a Hotcopper post. If you are in fact licenced, you can't tell anyone that you are.

    For the avoidance of doubt - I am not employed by and have no affiliation with any AFSL holder.
