Many reasons that ORG may be interested have previously been posted. Here's a few:
ORG is currently domestically focussed and NSW focussed
ORG has bought NSW electricity assets
ORG sees gas-fired power gen as the future particularly in NSW but has no gas reserves in NSW of note.
ORG may want to sell down in Qld (and use the proceeds for aquisitions in NSW.
I'm not "moving on" until its over!
