Everything you says makes me most nervous.

I think it safe to say monarch - be it a key individual or the corporate entity - need cash, as evidenced by the joint ANN's to PNO and CGI respectively.

I wonder - if CGI stump up the cash, would Monarch withdraw their PNO claim ? Maybe they are playing chicken with both companies, trying to see who will blink first ?

Im reading nothing into the SP action - much like the 50m bought a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the future of PNO is reliant on creditors and cash...not SP. Maybe the Doc can pull a rabbit out of his hat, but time is indeed running out..
