    Hi Neighboughood Cable are A Steal at the moment . They have a rights issue at the moment 4.75 shares for1 The rights have started trading this morning and have traded as low as .002 and a high of .006 There is 2 cents to pay in february The Code is NCAR the shares are currently 3.5 cents . They are a cable company that has finished a lay out in Mildura Ballarat and nearly completed the layout in Geelong I am a Long holding shareholder Please read their announcements and Buy some Read the red stuff I am not an advisor Regards Towie
