I played with this number with some mates many moons ago and wouldn't you know it the old NCA still has legs. The notion that the rites are cheap is correct. The rites are trading at a huge discount to the market. The suggestion of a ten bagger is a big call that I'm not going to make, but a 2-3fold increase is very achievable if you are in early. As trade in these increases their discount to the market will close and for those that caught the worm early there's a tidy profit to be had.

Billy and the others who've said there is a profit to be had here are on the dough.
