    A big contract for MAUL would not necessitate a further CR to get it into production if Colt were the licensed manufacturer.

    At this stage of the game, and for the forseeable future, MST is not a production/maufacturing business, it is an out-sourcing licensing business. At least so far as MAUL is concerned, and as the company has previously announced. Read the Colt announcement again. The intention is clear.
