Would expect that the favourable ann will be tempered with a list of conditions as long as your arm.

This may take a little of the wind out of the SP sails (like the punn) however would be happy with any gains at this point. The project itself is bigger than the shortterm gain in price.

UCG is a certainty... its just a question of when and who will have the cods to make it a reality. Im all for protecting the environment and BUNYA is obviously a keen observer for his local group of activists, and any safety measures that will be required will only add to the value of the overall project.
