A lot of people bought in at 20c/high 10's and there were a lot of sell orders in, which all got purged when it went under 10 cents... To test I tried to put a sell order in yesterday at 20c and it simply won't add it to the sell side due to it being too high above current price.. I think that is the reason at least...
Without people wanting to sell under 10 cents, I don't know where that leaves buyers once the single order at 9.5 goes...??
