Japan has pooped itself, so I think it is a great result that NXS ended getting any money at all from Mitsui .
NXS is now below the takeover price offered by AZA . I suspect $300 million spent on a 25% stake in a gas field is going to be better spent buying a massive stake in the whole company . The current market cap is not much more than $350 millon .
IMO, sellers now are forced or in panic .
