It's a fair point, investor sentiment is key.
When the price breaks through 82.5 (this month) or 80.5 (next month), this should see the downtrend from 2013 broken.
The MACD on the monthly chart should also get through zero.
This will get a few technical investors interested leading into the end of the year.
