I certainly agree with the soveriegn risk factor, that is why I have stayed away from co's with that time of problem, like avl for instance :-(
Also never gave much weight to the ngg factor, I read the reports as rich gold potential, png, blah blah blah. This report has given me a bit of a lift in interest. You'd better have a read.
Lihir manage to operate under similar circumstances in the same area. Would like to hear comment from the more knowledgable on this.
