    It seems to me that the market sees the Niobrara as being unproven and that is why our sp is at 13c.
    Keep in mind that Terry kept the best land for ourselves so our results should be generally better than CHK.
    For me the rabbit in the hat is Spirit of America with the bonus of 100% ownership.
