If a holder who voted NO last week sells today then their vote is nullified isnt it ?
and the new owner of the shares will be able to Vote
and who may vote YES
PLEASE EXPLAIN !
also your Revelation or personal discovery re the voting of shares is very common knowledge to most of us
How can you just have discovered it ?
