I don't know how the chess t+3 works but possibly those who buy today won't settle before the meeting so can't vote anyway.
No revelation re a failure to vote being null and void, you are right.
Reading between the lines - ESG ringing around now combined with the exposure through the media coming up - NO vote is firming in the market IMO.
What does that tell me ? Well, break ranks, form again later to fight another day after the vote - who knows?
Like YAQ - I am tired - of these people running the company and the garbage we have been fed.
If the NO vote gets up and the share price goes to say, 50c, I would look at it like;
Value per share $1.50
discount for management $1
Net fair value $.50
As long as these guys were still around it would have to be cheap to get me interested.
