Prior to 2013 agm a small group of investors requested that they put forward several motions and were going to be voting no for the company raised motions. From memory this group included Glenda a past employee. While they were unsuccessful management agreed to meet with them and discuss there issues.
Does anyone on the Mel thread still have any contact with Glenda or the group who challenged management previously? If so this maybe a good start to see where the major players are at regarding a yes or no vote.
