Followed the link and found the memorandum dated 10 November 2015.
Strange as it was not published to the ASX and it is a luck dip whether shareholders would know where to look. The shareholders that don't go to this site as they will go to the meeting, may not have the documentation beforehand.
This might be a breach of the ASX rules as all shareholders need to be informed with sufficient time to consider.
