We, as a ~1.5% contributor to global CO2 emissions, can do nothing

There are none so blind as those who cannot see. A lot of the greenies and others would tell well to travel a bit more, and realise that;

1. Australia is a very small place
2. Millions of people know nothing about us. Or where we are. And could care less.
3. We are nowheresville when it comes to influencing anything.
4. Any influence we do have comes from our association with the US.
5. We are like the cheeky kid standing in its parent's shadow. Take him away...and see how much influence we have, zero.

So calm down guys, you are wasting your time, nobody cares...
