    whose responsibility is it?

    there's the problem guts up right from the get go

    Australia has state laws - and federal laws and has handed over power generation to private enterprise

    one hell of a dogs breakfast

    Seriously - can you see that happening in Australia?

    The reality is that governments washed the hands of power years ago - and, it's just not going to come back into the fold without some major discussions, agreements and major bipartisan efforts done in good faith and leaving politics behind --

    is that possible? pfffffffffffffffffffft -------- look no further than the politicking atm

    IMO - we'll bumble on as we are going atm - hopefully only running into potholes that don't destroy a wheel
