    This is Sun Metals and their solar farm. They clearly have not been winners with this chaotic electricity market. That's a pity, they are a good employer.

    The logic of my statement that producers must contract in large time blocks is simply that stand alone wind or solar projects would not be viable. Each project would need to firm up their own generation with OC gas. This would force them into consortia where the firming could be averaged, but they would be forced to be more conservative and not just cherry-pick the market and walk away when the wind drops, saying that's someone else's problem.

    I want responsibility.
