Plus, I have a feeling, if Nuix was a clear cut winner against ASIC, the verdict should have been out by now.
The more time it's taking to release the verdict, seems to say that the court doesn't deem Nuix as a clear winner.
The judgement could have a greater chance of swaying in ASIC's favour.
Just my skeptic mind
