the numbers aren't right...

Just reading the second of today's announcements and page 20 has the totals for reso 1.

Why did the yes vote get knocked down, when the yes vote won a majority in all cases?

Surely the chair voted for all proposals to get up?

Simple mistake by FH, or am I missing something?
