Interesting timing ??
Just when FAS need more support,
another 16 mil shares on issue.
Is that called stacking the deck ?
Now that's what I call looking after
the "minority shareholders".
It will now be up to those
"minority shareholders".
It's either;
a. vote with the current GWR Board
end up with over 200 mil shares
and FAS gaining control.
b. Vote for a new Board, no dilution
and a more balanced share split.
Not to mention th word HONESTY.
Will be an interesting meeting.
