All I have to go on are the company announcements, technicals and what I read on HC. Based on that, I think ...

* the telstra announcement on the 8 March indicated that the exclusivity was about negotiating the terms of a partnership for an assessment in AUS - would be good to have a little surprise here in relation to the scope of that assessment /trial. Any mention of $ should go down well

* the new investor - good to know who - the bigger the reputation, the better

* technicals look good to me too - especially the MACD (has fallen, and now wants to cross upwards) and the general strength of the trend (using the ADX) - that said, the quality of the news ahead will I think, over-ride all of this.

As I indicated in my earlier post, its all been said so nothing much new to say - its just a waiting game now - good luck to all holders.
