As I have said in the past, they know that they have a market already in Australia where Yowie sells well... Why not use some of the proceeds from the first capital raising in buying enough wrapping machines for 100m units a year (5 machines ~$2.5m) and while they negotiate a deal in America with Walmart etc (which has taken more than a year already) they could have been selling in Australia and earning good revenue in the meantime... If they had done this, they might have had enough cash by now not to do another capital raising to fund expansion into Europe...
