perhaps you should also add in that the interest bill for ccp is prob circa 12mil for fy08....which it will not have enought money to pay off ....borrowing more money to pay off interest is a very poor sign....irational exuberance is even more worrying! dyor.....p.s. don't quote me on the 12mil interest bill, quote the afr 12th feb...
