Given it's been two years since I was one of those 15 in 008, I often wonder how much change has gone in my knee joints since that time.
There was definitely a durational effect of about 9-12 months as I have mentioned previously but there has been a gradual sliding of the benefit since then.
Mozz, you mention bone remodelling as one of the adverse effects of OA and I can attest to that. I could physically feel the changes in the bone on both the lateral and medial sides. Thing is, that seemed to stabilise if you like but I know I can once again feel the changes coming back.
Maybe as other iPPS recipients have mentioned, repeated doses are required for an additive effect, especially when starting from a point of extensive damage, as was my situation.
