It falls upon the GG to release this information on what Morrison positions he held. (imo should not be secret),
As the Administrator the GG are the only ones who can confirm uneqiuvocally. (imo as an Independent they should),

Covering other Ministers Roles has a precedence in Parliament and is announced. (it wasnt)

The Level of Secrecy and the damage that could be enacted upon Govt going forward will be tested with shareholders of BPH.
This is not going away and Karen Andrews knows that by getting rid of Scomo is maybe one way of "hiding the truth".
