You could flip this value on its head. The company is pre clinical(red hot science) plus cash in the bank. This why it can't go up at the moment and no "real" deals are being done. Once Killian has got this in the clinic and we see some data then watch it fly. In the mean time the boys just fly around at the pointy end of the plane improving their Skiing. I wouldn't mind a bit of that.
