hi Chey, re "Anyway, we are so very fortunate to have Cabot here with a very successful Off-take Agreement for the sale and purchase of 100% of the pollucite mined from the proposed Sinclair Mine and all other pollucite add-to along way as we follow through in the 2 years contract....." ......... I'm sure it WILL be a very successful agreement for Cabot, but will it be for us?

Just a few thoughts I had today over my coffees......I dont really know (Does Crookie?) exactly how they will do it. The mining will be selective for the pollucite, but how are they going to keep the pollucite clean, unless we have a plant to clean it after mining.
VERY difficult to keep an ore squeaky clean.... almost impossible.... and we get paid on grade. Say there is a pod of pollucite 2 foot wide...... and the excavator has a 4 foot bucket.... we have immediately diluted it by 100%....... and every bit of dirt that runs down into the hole dilutes it further. This also happens in selective gold mining. No doubt Cabot has a plant at their end that will sort it, but thats no use to us. We need a plant at the Dome that will deliver a clean, pollucite ore. THEN, Cabot will pay us for the Cesium % in the pollucite they take. If our pollucite ore is diluted, we will get peanuts.
Even through the pollucite the Cs grade varies (See drilling results)..... so we have to get our pollucite squeaky clean to get value.
    Just my idle thoughts.
