There is one factor I didn’t think of regarding “ putting the house on it”.

Some people have two or more houses or possibly own a street or 2?

I suppose that could come under your perspective heading, kb?

A couple of dollars would see me debt free but that could only be a slight COS and a long way off.
Same for the dollar party.
25-75 cents in the next 6 months would see a rise in % of COS, I would hope.

For balance, there is always some downside risk in life, could I put a % chance on that? No.
I’ll leave that up to someone else.
