Just out the raise is for $1,925,000 at 0.35 cents per share with a free attached option. I think this offer is first offered to all share holders. Money to be used to follow up on business entry into the new sensor opportunities. Not as bad as I thought, if holders don’t take up their offer I am not sure who they have in the wings to grab them?
