the offer price is not good eough

The Lei's share price would e lot of more than current price.

The current offer price is under Lei's true value.

What is going on here, all share holders paid more money to got position for long term investment.

Now, these investors are more likely lost out their position.

I would like to have an independent body to give a good valuation check regarding the LEI's true value to be fair to all investors.

Otherwise, who wants to accept this ridicules offer?
