Great post and well picked up, another Chinese takeover trying to steal a Company worth at least $3,00 a share.
The board has to be aware of what is happening to Sundance and these guys should just make a realistic offer to the shareholders with no strings attached if they want the Company.
Cannot see to many shareholders accepting $1.70
