Has anyone know anything about these bidding companies? Speaking to an M&A expert, he advises me that he had never heard of them before this offer was made. Sounds a little suss to be honest.

The price will pull back if the deal falls through. Thinking of selling now and hopefully, if it does fall through, buy again at a cheaper price. I still like the long term fundamentals of the company, so it's a bit of a risk for sure.
