Changing offices could be viewed in a positive light. Perhaps they've simply come to the end of the lease and are taking advantage of this to move to less expensive premises in order so save a bit of dough. Or perhaps they are upsizing as they think a deal is close to being inked!
Either way, it does at least indicate they are staying in business, no?
Unbridled speculation will get you anywhere I feel.
