He is not accountable and has a GREAT poker face - I doubt TOL will be issued in August. NC knows this imho. Some macroeconmic or political excuse will emerge come late August for the delay.
Hope I am wrong and I hold lt as this is a winner! just bad luck for most swing traders who bought in since last year.
this is a day trade stock atm. Even that is risky.
