    Tagore Investments SA ("Tagore") started enforcement proceedings in respect of a multi-million dollar judgment for fraud against "Lord" Terence Montague-Moore, former CEO of its predecessor company, who had misappropriated millions of dollars from the company after (falsely) posing as an oil executive and claiming to be a member of the House of Lords. "


    Good to see the quality of due diligence from Cityview and Mark Smythe, with respect to the Tagore CEO.

    Petromaxx Energy Group Gmbh, an Austrian oil company, will build a $157 million refinery in Bulgaria to meet growing demand in the Balkan country as it joins the European Union in 2007. Terence Montague-Moore, Petromaxx's chairman, said yesterday that „Fuel demand in Bulgaria will grow as the market and industry grow and as the EU brings in lots of new opportunities,” Montague-Moore told reporters in Sofia yesterday. „The Bulgarian market is currently grossly undersupplied, by around 70% in our estimates.”

    CityView Corporation to acquire refinery in Nigeria

    CityView Corporation (ASX:CVI,OTCBB:CTVWF,DAX:C4Z), announced today that the Board of Deanshanger Project Limited (“Deanshanger”) has granted its approval to participate in a joint venture (“DPL Energy Limited”) with CityView to acquire a crude oil refinery from Tagore Investments S.A.

    The refinery will produce LPG, jet fuel, kerosene, gasoline, diesel and other related products which are currently in short supply in the domestic market and currently imported from outside Nigeria. Nigeria and indeed the West Africa sub-region currently have huge demand for refining capacity
