1. A Trading Day means both SEATS and DTF are open for trading. 2. In terms of the ASX Listing Rules, ASX Business Rules and SCH Business Rules. 3. Clearing Participants in the state or states with the public holiday must make alternative arrangements to settle with OCH. 4. Not a state-wide public holiday - TAS 5. Not a state-wide public holiday - NSW 6. Not a state-wide public holiday - QLD 7. Not a state-wide public holiday - VIC 8. Normal Trading ceases at 14:05 (Sydney Time) 9. At the time of issuing this notice, Monday 26 April has been proclaimed as a substitute public holiday for ANZAC Day by all states except Victoria and Tasmania. Consequently, Monday 26 April is currently scheduled as a Trading / non-Business Day. This means the ASX Securities Market (SEATS) and ASX Derivatives Market (DTF/CLICK) will be open for trading. Settlement will not be performed by ASTC but will be by OCH. Therefore, Derivatives Clearing Participants will need to make arrangements to either provide settlement facilities in Victoria or meet an additional call on Friday 23 April. 10. At the time of issuing this notice, Tuesday 28 December has been declared as a substitute public holiday for either Christmas Day or Boxing Day by all states except NSW and Victoria. Accordingly, Tuesday 28 December is currently scheduled as a Trading Day and a Business Day. This means the ASX Securities Market (SEATS) and ASX Derivatives Market (DTF/CLICK) will be open for trading and settlement will be performed by ASTC and OCH.

"Business Day" is a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and any other day which the Exchange shall declare and publish is Not a business day.
In general, Non-business days will be declared for those days when banks are closed in Melbourne and / or Sydney.
"Trading Day" means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and any other day which the Exchange declares and publishes is Not a trading day.
