Water constitutes way over 90% of greenhouse gases. Water is also way better at being a greenhouse gas due to single-bonded hydrogens. CO2's double-bonded oxygen molecules are rigidly attached to the carbon atom rendering it a very poor molecule to absorb energy. One day I'll write something on HC explaining it it more detail because the climate change people seem to be suffering from a dearth of knowledge re anything to do with how CO2 works when the sun shines on it...

water vapour forms an equalibium dependent on temperatures.. it falls as rain and snow, CO2 stays in the atmosphere for hundreds of years, can be absorbed but down’s condense and fall as rain..
