    Personally I believe CER is a better bet. I hold mostly CER. This is because any result other than liquidation for CNP is good for CER, wheresas in the case of CNP it all depends on the details. There is a good chance of massive dilution with a D2E swap, as I don't see the banks giving things away for free.
