Not sure ive seen this posted before but Dr Pete Smith does seem to have some form with demergers with the spin out of Avexa through a demerger from Amrad in 2004.
Think Amrad then changed its name to Zenyth, which then got taken out by CSL. Avexa seems to have gone gangbusters before crashing in 07, not sure about the details.
