there'd be no secret or news that leaders of human groups in the main - have psychologies that are probably the worst for effective leadership

pretty much all methods that I know of bar random selection (and some basic filtration) --------- are a disastrous way to result in leaders

Kings - bunch of inbreds handed down from some ruthless thieving warrior type

Elected positions ------ pffffffffff, exactly the wrong types put their hand up to run - egotists at the basic - often narcissists and psychos

CEO's - same deal - plus those exec high levels - a hell of a lot of people get promoted northwards - to get rid of them below because they cause so much shit - so just get rid of them - often, send them on qualifying courses - get em out of your hair ------ then, they - the most inept, become the most qualified - unfortunately qualification never equalled quality
