    Debt should be more than $70 million now. Even in today's price, market cap is around $33 million. EV is still more than $103 million which is no low.

    History may repeat based on this board's performance, $7 mil pay is too much for them. Interest on debt is around 9%.

    If it repeats last 2 year's pattern, People may lose 10% to 90% in next 2 year. Just my opinion.
