Those of you who are confident of increasing recruitment numbers throughout this year may be disappointed.
There is no current recruitment program that I am aware of.
Molly's plan to accommodate the five specialists is not a recruitment plan.
Go to mals post of the reply he got to his request for details of how the five specialists will recruit patients.
Notable in the reply is this quote ' that is a very difficult question to answer' or words to that effect. He could not point to any activity in Molly's plan that would generate recruits in my opinion.
The 13 surprise recruitments for the fourth qtr had both Dave and presumably Molly and the market delighted.
By these totally unexpected numbers.
From where did they come
There is no current recruitment activity.
They could only have come from the April press release promotion. In sales jargon we would refer to these as sleepers.
So what can we expect for the first qtr? Our only hope considering there is no current promotion is some more sleepers.
During the last 21 months there has only been one promotion and that was the April press release promotion.
The thirty seven recruitments since April have quite obviously resulted from that trial promotion.
There has been zero recruitment activity since April.
Why hasn't that promotion been repeated? It would be the obvious move to make. But no nothing has been done to increase the most important element urgently needed. Recruits.
Last month I emailed and suggested to Dave that he makes some adjustments to the capture of responses from the
Press release promotion to separate HF respondents from the general hitters. All very simple. This should have been thought of during the last eight months.
The first trial run was six cities, we now have another fifteen hospitals in different cities where the promotion can be run. Why has this simple action not been actioned?
The first has now netted approx 37 recruitments, based on that number and a more efficient capture formula and we could quite easily expect at least one hundred new recruits. That would only take six months or less to complete.
Last year I had a shot at Dave as a result he hasn't replied to my emails since.
So I have no way of knowing if he has received my suggestions and if he intends to do anything with those ideas.
That also includes my simple Medicare plan.
In the last 21 months there not been another recruitment plan actioned.
So to those of you who are expecting big numbers each qtr can you tell me where they will come from?
If the above is not adopted there will very likely be few recruitments this year. That is obvious.
