Renuables wont be phased out, if anything they will scale up. That means lots of future power sources but with intermittent production times, so to match the intermittent production to the market demand times. There is a massive need to time shift power and store excess for use at peak times.
Thats why in the current energy environment 1414 degrees 14D will become a major player in the energy market, until decades from now when/if they figure out how to build safe Reactors that dont produce nuclear waste. Like say making Coal react as a reactor and leave the only waste as ash with no emissions. And it will be decades ahead before something like that is invented. So until then 14D has a massive energy grid market to stabilise.
