the one thing you all have forgotten

hi folk's,

the one thing that appear's to have been forgotten in today's posting's on NEO,

is the fact that management need's the share holders
approval to go ahead with this placement,

so if managment want this approval they are going to have to let this stock rise in the share price,

and keep the share holder's happy,
even if it is untill the next meeting of share holder's
