    Hi NAGsters,
    Marcus Padley has an article in the Age Money section today. How to turn $10000 into a million.

    If you'd bought $10k of Fortescue Metals in 1990, by 2008, ie 17.8 years, the stock was worth $73,166,166. This is the biggest return of any ASX stock over any period of time.
    Other $10k rises
    USX Ltd/Davnet ..worth $6 million in 1.8 years
    Paladin..worth $13.5 million in 4 years
    Newscorp..$26.692 million in 25.4 years
    QBE..$12.165 million in 32.7 years
