Pretty basic to me - all trading should be done in marketable parcels, which I think is a minimum of $500 dollars now

Everyone should have to pay a minimum brokerage. The bots would disappear is they simply had to pay even $10 brokerage per trade.
Either one of these would stop the stupid bot trading.
If the ASX cared, they would change the rules.
However, they made the rules to start with so I'm not holding my breath.
