We know no technical details, so it is very hard to comment.
RAU went up to 25c on the assumption they would get Mt Carbine. Maybe RAU didn't have the money for it. Also they have too many projects going at the same time with ZERO cashflow from operations. Also after GN gets his money, then there is a new requirement for funding to get Mt Carbine into production. It won't be small bikkies!!!
