they will soon need funds and to minimise dilution they way to go is to get current shareholders to pump the shareprice up then offer them Placement shares at a discount which then covers their cash injection.It will become clear who benefits AFTER the fact!,, how do I know this? seen it before,and,have been told by someone close to Company this is what will happen.I will take up my allotment if offered as this Co is a standout buy for the medium term,no real need to go into why ,just do an honest appraisal of what they already have combined with what they will prove up plus where it is plus the no nonsense attitude of Govt toward dev!
